格隆汇5月3日丨WANG ON GROUP(01222abu6500c3ctmag.HK)及位元堂(00897.HK)公告abu6500c3ctmag，于2024年5月3日，卖方裕讯投资有限公司(位元堂间接全资附属公司)(作为卖方)与买方(保程有限公司)及物业代理(作为物业代理)订立临时协议，据此，卖方同意出售，而买方同意购买该物业，代价为3300万港元。"该物业"指香港九龙瑞和街23-33号光星大厦地下B铺。

该物业由卖方于2005年购入，现时出租予加盟商用作经营"位元堂"品牌下的店铺。经考虑现行零售物业市况及该物业的质素后(包括该物业的地点、楼龄、周边设施及重建潜力)，宏安董事会及位元堂董事会均认为，出售事项不但为宏安集团及位元堂集团带来于适当时候变现该物业价值的良机，并利用出售事项所得款项减轻债务，同时新租赁协议可令位元堂集团以较低月租继续零售营运。
