The company unveiled its first redesigned version of iPad Pro since 2018 at an online launch called Let Loose on Tuesday. The new model is thinner, with a Ultra Retina XDR screen with OLED technology and a faster M4 chip that can handle artificial intelligence tasks. The new version of iPad Air looks similar to previous versions, but adds options for a larger screen and an M2 processor.

The M4 chip, which replaces M2 in iPad Pro, is the latest product in a series of chips developed by Apple. Its processing speed is 50% faster than the current iPad Pro processor, and the graphics engine is four times faster than before. Apple said the chip was made using second-generation 3-nanometer technology.

The main improvement is the so-called neural engine (neural engine), which the company says is 60 times faster than the original version in 2017.
